BACKGROUND
The attached Performance Measure report from the third quarter of Fiscal Year 2026 reflects
how the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) did in meeting its
Performance Measures for the third quarter of the fiscal year.
TDHCA staff provides these reports quarterly to the Legislative Budget Board (LBB). Following
their submittal to the LBB, these reports are included each quarter in Board meeting books.
