BACKGROUND
The attached performance measure report from the second quarter of Fiscal Year 2024 reflects how the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) did in meeting its performance measures. TDHCA staff provides these reports quarterly to the Legislative Budget Board (LBB) and these reports are included regularly in Board meeting books following their submittal to the LBB.
